July 2025 Edition
Welcome to the Collective Growth newsletter! This is your monthly roundup of bold leadership, transformational work, and what’s ahead.
Clarity and Purpose
What does it take to lead with clarity and purpose? This month, we're spotlighting:
- A behind-the-scenes look at how we guided a real executive transition
- A practical tool to beat burnout and boost focus (Hello, Eisenhower Matrix)
- Two powerful podcast episodes on resilience, crisis, and calm leadership
Executive Coaching in Action:
Leading Through Transition
We recently supported a CEO and his organization through a high-stakes leadership transition. A 360 review revealed a crucial misalignment in the C-suite that our team turned into powerful clarity, allowing us to help determine future fit, not only evaluate current performance.
We coached both the CEO and misaligned leader, helped them part ways with respect, and supported onboarding for a successor who can help lead their future vision. These are the kind of human-centered transitions we love de-risking and supporting.
“As a growing company with human capital challenges, we have turned to Collective Growth for organizational assessments, training, and some executive coaching over the last several years. The processes are very efficient and allow us to reposition in a very short period of time.”
— Mark L., CEO
Leadership Habit Highlight:
Mastering the Eisenhower Matrix
The key to high performance isn't doing more, but instead doing what truly matters. The Eisenhower Matrix helps leaders move from being reactive to strategic by:
- Distinguishing between urgency and importance, to stop reacting and start leading with intention
- Categorizing and prioritizing tasks based on four quadrants:
- Urgent & Important
- Not Urgent but Important
- Urgent but Not Important
- Not Urgent & Not Important
- Focusing energy on long-term impact instead of short-term demands

Client Perspective

Organizational change can be difficult to navigate, but you don’t have to do it alone. We specialize in walking alongside leaders navigating complexity with courage and clarity.
As Pam Minick of Friends of the Fort Worth Herd shared:
“When you need to change your way of doing things in an organization, it's essential to have someone help you manage the process of change, find root issues, guide solutions, and help change the way you operate. We needed this type of support, and we don't know anyone who does it better.”
