Are Your Habits Helping You or Holding You Back?
As the year gets underway, March is a natural time to pause and reflect on the habits shaping your daily work and leadership. The small routines we repeat each day often have the greatest impact on our focus, productivity, and overall effectiveness. Taking a moment to evaluate what is serving you well and what may be holding you back can help create space for more intentional growth.
At Collective Growth, we often talk about the importance of building habits that support strong leadership. This includes developing routines that strengthen focus and resilience, using time intentionally by prioritizing what truly matters, and creating sustainable practices that support both professional success and personal balance. When leaders become more mindful of their habits, they build a stronger foundation for thoughtful decision making, better energy management, and long-term growth.
Collective Growth Awarded As Best Place For Working Parents
Collective Growth is proud to be recognized as a Best Place for Working Parents® for 2026. This recognition reflects our commitment to building a workplace where people can grow professionally while also prioritizing their families and personal well-being. We believe a strong culture starts with flexibility, trust, and accountability, allowing individuals to do their best work without sacrificing what matters most outside of the office.
When organizations support the whole person, engagement grows and people are able to show up with greater focus and energy. We are grateful for our team and the families behind them who help make this kind of culture possible.

Community Spotlight: Girls Inc. Champions Breakfast
Collective Growth was honored to support the Girls Inc. of Tarrant County Champions Breakfast on March 5, 2026. The event marked an important milestone as the organization celebrated 50 years of empowering girls to be strong, smart, and bold.
MaryAnn served as the morning’s emcee, guiding a meaningful program that highlighted the lasting impact Girls Inc. continues to have across our community. The breakfast brought together leaders, partners, and supporters who share a commitment to expanding opportunities for the next generation of girls.
Helping girls develop confidence, leadership, and bright futures aligns closely with the coaching and consulting work of Collective Growth, and we are honored to support Girls Inc. of Tarrant County.

In our latest Inner Work conversation, Carol Klocek, CEO of the Center for Transforming Lives in Fort Worth, shares how her journey, from childhood trauma to leading transformational work for women and families, shaped the way she leads today.
Having experienced poverty and trauma herself as a child, Carol brings both lived experience and more than 35 years of leadership in the social sector to her work. Under her leadership, the organization applies a two-generation approach: partnering with women and children to disrupt cycles of poverty through housing, counseling, early childhood education, and economic mobility services.
Carol is passionate about trauma-informed leadership, psychological safety, and building systems that create long-term transformation for families and communities.
It’s an honest conversation about resilience, healing, and the inner work leadership requires.
