Merry Christmas from CG!

Looking Back with Gratitude
As the year winds down, we’re taking time to reflect on this year’s growth and all that’s been possible! Here's a look at a few moments we're especially grateful for:
• Welcomed 5 new team members, including 4 full-time roles and 1 intern, expanding our capacity and deepening our collective talent
• Launched the Inner Work podcast, creating space for honest conversations about identity, disruption, and the inner shifts that shape how we lead
• Facilitated leadership retreats and strategy sessions across industries, from public safety to hospitality to manufacturing
• Coached and supported dozens of leaders through our one-on-one and group programs
• Launched the Collective Growth newsletter, now reaching leaders across sectors who are doing meaningful work with purpose
• Partnered with incredible organizations to navigate complex change, build strong teams, and shape the future of their leadership from the inside out
All of this amazing work is only possible because of the leaders, clients, and community we get to walk alongside. We’re closing the year with full hearts and with hopeful anticipation for what’s ahead.

CG Continues to Grow...
We’re delighted to welcome Kelsey Anderson to the Collective Growth team as our Operations and Administrative Coordinator. She brings a grounded, focused presence to our daily operations and will play a key role in keeping our internal systems aligned and our client work moving forward with care and clarity.
Kelsey brings deep experience in administration, project management, and client support. She’s energized by clear plans, thoughtful details, and the satisfaction of a crossed-off to-do list. After earning her BBA in Music Business from Dallas Baptist University, she spent a decade in Nashville working in the music industry before finding her way back to Texas. She’s called Fort Worth home since 2024. Recently married, Kelsey and her husband are dreaming about a house full of dogs. She loves a good book, helping others, and finding the best coffee shop in town.

New On the Inner Work Podcast

When Growth at All Costs Becomes Too Costly
In this powerful episode, Justin Mink shares how decades of nonstop scaling, fundraising, and startup life led to a full-body shutdown—and what happened when he finally stopped pushing and started listening. His story is a candid look at what happens when ambition outweighs alignment, and how real growth starts from the inside out.
Available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube.
