From Doing to Leading
In this newsletter, we are focusing on practical ways to protect energy and lead with steadiness. We have an upcoming workshop designed to stop over-functioning and a candid Inner Work conversation that reframes what leaders should carry and what they should release.

Now Open to the Public: Real EQ Virtual Workshop
Real EQ: Stop Over-Functioning
Thursday, November 20 | 11:00–12:30 CT | Zoom
Are you picking up what others drop and ending the day depleted? This live, 90-minute session gives you a clear framework to name what is yours, what is shared, and what is not. You will practice kind, firm boundary language you can use with peers, direct reports, and senior leaders. You will leave with a boundary map, script sheet, and a simple tracker so you can stop over-functioning, protect your energy, and increase capacity without losing impact.
New access
This workshop has previously been offered only inside client organizations. We are opening it to the public so individual leaders can join directly.
You’ll learn to
- Distinguish what is yours, what is shared, and what is not
- Set roles without creating conflict
- Protect energy while staying supportive
