What Success Won’t Solve: Bruce Tift on Vulnerability & Inner Growth
You don’t need to be fixed. You need to be honest. Most leadership programs teach strategy. This one starts with surrender.
In this riveting episode, author and psychotherapist Bruce Tift joins MaryAnn Means-Dufrene to explore the messy, unspoken truth behind high-achieving leaders: the drive to succeed often masks a deep avoidance of discomfort. Drawing on insights from his book Already Free, Bruce reveals why real growth isn’t about improving yourself; it’s about meeting yourself.
This is a conversation for founders and executives who feel the pressure to “perform leadership”... and are ready to drop the act.
