When I launched Collective Growth, I called myself a “reluctant entrepreneur.” I didn’t realize that label would define a transformational chapter of my life. The Inner Work

For Collective Growth to survive, I knew I had to lead, not just my business, but myself. That meant embracing uncertainty, making mistakes, and learning to value not having all the answers. Vulnerability became my greatest teacher. My faith deepened. I stopped hiding and started using my voice. Not just with clients, but in my marriage, my team, and in the way I saw myself.

The Rebuild

With full commitment came full transformation. I began to see the patterns: I hustle to gain control, then surrender again. That rhythm became familiar and powerful. I leaned into it. I realized that real leadership isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about showing up fully, even when you feel shaky. It’s about being brave enough to keep going, especially when the stakes feel high.
